|Autodromo Desk from TurismoRacing||30″H x 64″W x 34″D ||$$$|
|Gaming Desk from Atlantic Store||29.5″H x 23.5″W x 40″D||$|
|Z-Shaped Gaming Desk from Kinsal||44.9″L x 23.6″W x 28.9″H||$|
If you are sitting all day grinding out that XP (or maybe just gold farming for your college tuition), then you may want to stand and game for awhile. I mean it probably couldn’t hurt to have good ergonomics right?
Hey! Look at this bad boy. All geared up for a night of gaming and standing with it’s height adjustment capabilities. While it may not look very different from other standing desks out there at first glance, I can say this thing looks like a tank. With a 5 year warranty, you know this sturdy thing is built to last.
A standing desk for only gaming might be nice for the adjustable height, but I think you would get some great home office use out of it as well.
Some features of the Mojo Gamer Pro desk include:
This sounds more like it.
When I think modern PC gaming desk ideas, for better or for worse, I think of RGB lighting. On everything.
And here it is in action, though it seems slightly photoshopped (and no real cable management):
If you are going for pure ascetics with a gamer desk, then this might be hard to beat.
The green around the outside of the desk (and red on the background desk) lights up. You might go as far as saying that this gaming computer desk – is lit.
It also has a sweet hexagonal pattern on the tabletop surface which is very techy, supported by a metal frame. Looks like a nice amount of space.
Some features of the Autodromo Desk include:
Ya, this bad boy is a lot to take in. Just look at all the awesome details on the surface!
This looks like the result of telling your Mom, “I want a video game computer desk thingy for Christmas.” And that is not a bad thing.
It looks fairly sturdy with just enough room to get the job done. The mouse pad also looks built in – score.
Here it is with some sweet Starcraft action:
Lighting for desks is usually something that is added when you are completing the gaming setup. Even then, a lot of people choose to only add it behind the monitors.
Desks with built in led lighting might be hard to find for this reason, but if you go this route, it will certainly make your battlestation look epic.
Some features of the Glowing LED PC Gaming Desk from E-Blue USA include:
So it’s a triple monitor gaming desk that you’ve got your heart set on eh?
Though it may seem like cheating, with the help of a monitor arm just about any desk can become 3 monitor gaming desk.
That being said, we will look at desks that can support 3 monitors without any additional arms.
The gamery thing here is obviously the design on top and the emblem on the legs.
Here is another shot of it with triple monitors, it is nice that the monitor arm sits inside a cutout in the desk:
They have different colors, but this is a classic red and black gaming desk.
These things do matter to some people, but when it comes down to it I think you can get more for your money.
Are some of them better for gaming than others? Maybe. Check out our other page on Desks for Triple Monitors.
So there is this weird thing about time, where things change during it.
In fact at the time of this writing there are desks that are under good gaming desks under $100 that may not always be priced as such. If not, they are probably close to that number anyways.
Rather than try and pretend like this is not happening I figured I would throw them in here in time allows you to find the same situation.
Something like this is definitely has everything you need to sit down and never get up. Perhaps the opposite of the standing desks for gaming I wrote about above.
They have the cable management on point in this product image, something that you would need to be mindful of when setting it up yourself.
The carbon fiber pattern on the desk top says gamer more so than just plain wood. It immediately throws me back to playing Need for Speed. Or maybe it is just the racing games up on the screens.
On that note, who is playing a racing game using their laptop track pad?
Real note* There looks to be a Pro version of this desk as well, the desk surface area is a little bit bigger, and has a different leg design for a similar price.
You may have already noticed this does not look quite as stylish as the one above.
However, I would consider this the best cheap gaming desk out of the options today.
Of course, you should keep in mind that it may not always be under 100 depending on when and where you look.
You should also note that if you are using dual monitors on this thing, you do not have to keep a loading screen on one of them (bad joke).
Hey traveler, are you looking for that perfect glass desk gaming setup?
Well. Let me let you down slowly.
While there are many gamers with awesome battlestations that include glass desks, there are none I could find that are sold specifically with any gamer type features.
Of course there some marketed as being for gamers, but in reality they are just regular l shaped computer desks with games on the screens.
With that in mind here it is:
This photoshop job is so bad even your mom can tell it isn’t real.
That being said, this could make for a very sleek looking battlestation, even though it could also be an office desk or normal corner desk.
Some features of the Rigel Clear Glass from Techni Sport include:
*Note they have a few different models and styles which look like they come in and out of stock.
The glass desk style one below probably looks the most “gamery” and the coolest.
The style of the legs is what makes this gaming corner desk really stand out.
I imagine throwing some LEDs behind the glass would really take this setup to another level. If you get this desk and can do that, please send me a picture!
Some features of the Envidia from Techni Sport include:
Gaming laptops have come a long way in the past few years.
So much so that if you use one as your main gaming PC I won’t call you a scrub.
At least not right away.
If you want a desk that matches your epic machine, then there are some decent options available to you.
Do note these could also easily qualify the gaming desk for a small room category:
There is nothing more patriotic than having some type of American symbol on the front of your desk! …If you are American. If not, you can always cover it up or stick a sweet
Unreal Tournament Fortnite sticker on it.
The “breathing light” is very interesting.
I could not immediately find any videos of it in action, but I would think it would be very cool to have, glowing, just waiting for you to conquer the world!
Some features of the Z-Shaped Gaming Desk from Kinsal include:
Well, that is all we have for that section today. GG.
L shaped desks (also called corner desks) can be ideal for gaming. They are great if you have more than monitor and need to save on space in your room.
The size of your gaming desk should be what suits your needs ergonomically and for the space of your equipment. A good place to start looking might be 29in tall (73.5cm), 24in deep (60.96cm), and 48in wide (121.92cm).
The recommended height of of your gaming desk will be the same as any other desk, it depends on your individual needs. Most desks will be in the range of 28-30in tall (71.12-76.2cm).
The depth of an ideal gaming desk should be 2 feet (60.96cm).
This of course is widely open to interpretation, but will allow you have plenty of room for your keyboard, mouse, and a warm soothing cup of Bawls.
I could post these here all day, but we should leave that to another page for another time.
Boom. Mic drop.
We are done here.
Do yourself a favor though and check out the regular computer desks if you don’t like any of the ones above. In some cases you might be better off putting that money into the PC and the games rather than the desk (or gaming chair), just keep a good ergonomic design and posture in mind. Alternatively, you can keep searching on Amazon to see if I missed any good ones.
